Position Objective:
This product manager role will provide strategic leadership and have execution responsibilities for environmental diagnostics products in the Applied Markets business.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement integrated product life cycle strategies including list price setting, multi-generation product planning, and value proposition development.
Champion new product directions: work across functions to develop business opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction, and use voice of customer research to drive product lifecycle planning;
Create financial models to analyze data to develop strategic initiatives and tactics to support plans;
Together with market development managers, develop strategies to drive customer awareness, adoption, and loyalty for assigned products.
Develop go-to-market plans for new products and product line extensions as well as ongoing strategic marketing for the Environmental Diagnostics (Air, food, water, and soil testing) market.
Develop/manage third party collaboration/agreements as needed;
Work closely with R&D, sales, operations, commercial teams and third party partners to execute on programs and projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: MBA preferred
Experience/Understanding of diagnostics type market
Minimum of 5 years of Product Management or similar marketing experience
Experience in finance or financial modeling
Experience managing a global product line with close interaction with research and development and operations
Willingness to travel up to 30%
