Position Description
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will provide Project Manager (PMs) support for the Regulatory Portfolio. Specifically;
• PM shall develop and manage project charters, budgets and plans for complex projects
• PM shall assist in the identification, reporting, & resolution of risks and issues as well as mitigation plans
• Shall assist in developing & executing release plans
• Shall interact with the technical teams & business teams to ensure necessary activities are completed
• Shall lead daily in project tracking, planning and status meeting
• Shall develop and implement project communication plans
• Shall particulate on cross program project reviews and planning
Responsibilities:
The required skills for this position are;
1. Software application development project management skills including resource planning and budget management (Sr)
2. Solid knowledge of the Regulatory process and Regulatory Submissions (Sr)
3. Working knowledge of relevant standards including eCTD, and SPL
4. Solid knowledge of the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technology (Mid-level)
5. Strong teamwork skills and follow-up skills (Sr)
6. Prior experience with Microsoft Project (Mid-level)
7. Good written & oral communication skills (Mid-level)
8. Knowledge of the software development cycle and quality standards and compliance requirements for validated systems (Mid-level)
