When someone calls our Patient Services Center, bright, intelligent and compassionate individuals give patients the information and guidance they need to manage their therapy.
Patient Services Coordinators play a vital role in our business. It is a challenging but rewarding career and we invest tremendous resources to ensure we have the most talented people in this role.
In order to succeed as a Patient Services Coordinator your personality and commitment to the patient will be just as important as your qualifications. If you demonstrate empathy, drive, positive competitive spirit, and commitment to great service then we should talk. We hire people from a variety of industry backgrounds and have talented individuals with diverse backgrounds ranging from social services, military, education and healthcare to name a few. You should be comfortable working a flexible schedule starting between 8am-11am, Monday – Friday and able to commit to a period of comprehensive training at the start of your career.
