Position Description
Toxikon is seeking a Sample Log-In Associate who will be responsible for the receipt and log-in of all toxicology samples. This includes maintaining protocol and confidentiality files and generating work order due tables. Incumbents will reconcile test samples at study completion and process test sample returns for sponsor requests. Responsibilities include customer service functions such as assisting clients with appropriate procedures to complete test requisition forms and other documents, and advising clients on sample requirements.
