As a member of the Customer Service Team you take responsibility for the customer’s instrument acquisition experience.
• Manage and coordinate resources across the value stream to ensure Agilent is delivering and installing instrumentation on the customer’s schedule.
• Own the customer experience to ensure a delightful, premier, delivery and installation.
• Grow and maintain customer relationships to assist and ensure customers are productive with new Agilent instrumentation.
• Identify and qualify additional sales opportunities to facilitate customer success and provide leads to the Agilent sales network.
• Demonstrate your communication and relationship-building skills cross-functionally across Agilent while acting as a fierce customer advocate.

• Coordinate across manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery to ensure execution to
o Customer Required Delivery Date
o Customer Required Installation Date
• Increase customer satisfaction scores
• Ensure accuracy of customer data
• Continuously improve end-to-end efficiency & performance.
Qualifications:
Talents & Skills:
• BS/BA or equivalent
• ERP System experience a must
o SAP Experience desired
o Siebel Experience desired
• Experience in one of the following
o On-site services planning and scheduling
o Manufacturing planning and scheduling
o Managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Customer service operations experience
• Excels under high pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-task, interrupt driven environment
• Demonstrated skills for organization and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and build relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office with emphasis on Excel & Access
• VBA programming experience desired.
You will need to occasionally work an 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Shift.
