The Kinase Biology Group at GNF is currently seeking a scientific associate. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge and skills in developing and conducting in vitro biochemical and cellular assays, culturing and handling mammalian cell lines. Experiences in molecular biology techniques and viral transduction will be beneficial. Candidate should possess a B.S./M.S. or equivalent in biochemistry, cell biology or other relevant biological area. Prior exposure to oncology, kinases, automation, signal transduction and/or pharmaceutical drug discovery would be a plus. A high level of self-motivation, the ability to work in a team oriented setting, and good communication skills are required.
