Analytical Development Supervisor - Pharmalucence

Position Description

This position is responsible for the design and assessment of analytical method development experiments and will lead all analytical method validation activities including preparation, data analysis and closure of method validation protocols. Analytical Scientists in the Development group will report to this position. Other responsibilities include overseeing the transfer of methods from Development to Quality Control (QC) and the transfer of methods between customer/contract labs and Pharmalucence. This person will lead analytical investigations in support of Development, Production, and QC. Strong writing skills are necessary. This position must work under minimal supervision using standard and safe laboratory practices and procedures.

Requirements:
MS+ in Chemistry (or equivalent)
5-7+ years related experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Strong technical knowledge in analytical chemistry
Method development and validation experience
Strong knowledge of cGMPs
