 This position requires a candidate with proven construction and project management background in a pharmaceutical research or biotech environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of construction, energy conservation and maintenance projects while working closely with general contractors and vendors as well as in-house scientists and support staff.

Our ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and 2 years working in a lab environment. Knowledge of Building Codes, AutoCAD, HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, BMS and various mechanical, electrical and water treatment systems is required. LEED certification, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Auditor (CEA)  and a history of implementing successful energy and water conservation projects is a plus. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Finance and Data Analysis is required. Candidate must be motivated and have good communication and team building skills.
