Under general direction of the Senior Director, works with the Reimbursement Strategy & Trends team and clients on projects, proposals, conducting research, and analyzing data.

• Supports directors with direct day-to-day reimbursement project activities including reimbursement, health policy and legislative research, analysis and project oversight


• Determines how clients’ products can best be accessed by patients and providers and can best meet market needs


• Develops proposals and concept papers that clearly convey the excellence of Xcenda’s services with accurate budgets

  Requires broad experience in fields such as public policy, business administration, sales, marketing, or similar vocations generally obtained through the combination of completion of a four year bachelor's degree program and relevant experience. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  Employment in the health care consulting or pharmaceutical industry/ biotechnology/medical device (minimum of 3-5 years) with a history of successful achievement in the fields of reimbursement strategies and tactics and/or health policy experience
